RELAX, RELAX, RELAX....REPEAT....I WILL RELAX...DOCTOR'S ORDERS!

.....and here's some of the best music around for just such a thing!
Besides listening to everything from the Piano Guys, Morgan Wheeler, & the Two Cellos,
my counselor advised me to
sit out on the front porch and just look around.
No newspaper,
or Ipod
or laptop
or even a book!
He just wanted me to sit for 5 or 10 minutes
and look around.
Maybe watch cars go by.
It's not as easy as it sounds.
