Never attempt 2 or 3 changes
at once
in your battle against OCD.
Here's why:
Our son had severe depression today.
Could it be the new medicine?
Or that he is trying to give up sugar?
Or that he has cut down on caffeine?
Or a combination of two or three of the above?
We can't know for sure and that's our
mistake.
Just change one thing at a time
at least for a week or two.
Then change something else.
